GIU Graduation 2024

On the 1st of October 2024, the German International University-GIU in the New Administrative Capital proudly celebrated its second graduation- class of 2024.

 

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mansour GIU Co-Chairman of Board of Trustees & GUC Chairman of Board of Trustees along with Mr. Julius Georg Luy Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Prof. Dr. Slim Abdennadher GIU President welcomed class of 2024 graduates, parents and the attendees in their welcome speeches.

 

This year's graduating class represents the breadth and excellence of education that GIU offers. The diverse academic disciplines reflect GIU's commitment to equipping students with knowledge and skills relevant to both local and global markets. The faculties represented at the graduation ceremony included:

  • Faculty of Engineering
  • Faculty of Information and Computer Science
  • Faculty of Business Administration
  • Faculty of Design
  • Faculty of Biotechnology
  • Faculty of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology

 

The following eminent guest speakers gave the attendees speeches from the heart:

  • Mr. Grosse-Brömer, MdB Chairman of the Committee on Economic Affairs in the German Parliament
  • Mr. Michael Müller, MdB Member of the German Parliament and former Mayor of Berlin
  • H.E. Eng. Khaled Abbas Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD)

 

The GIU Pledge was conducted by Prof. Dr. Slim Abdennadher, the University President.
